CDX Compounds is committed to providing a reliable ordering and shipping experience for qualified researchers and laboratories. All products sold by CDX Compounds are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Processing Times
Orders ship within 1 business day after payment is confirmed
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, product availability, or other fulfillment considerations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Available shipping options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, CDX Compounds is not responsible for carrier delays or changes to estimated delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery location and applicable shipping method.
Any available shipping promotions or special offers will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout when applicable.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. CDX Compounds is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, damaged, missing, or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, assist with the carrier’s investigation process. Resolution of carrier-related delivery issues may depend on the carrier’s policies and investigation procedures.
Packaging & Handling
CDX Compounds takes care to package orders securely for shipment. Products are prepared and packaged for their intended use as laboratory and scientific research materials.
Customers are responsible for following appropriate handling, storage, and laboratory procedures after delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico and Australia. International orders ship within 1 business day via tracked international service for a flat rate of $30.
Customs, duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Customs delays and seizures. Once a package leaves the United States, delivery times depend on the destination country’s customs process and are outside our control. If a package is held, refused or seized by customs, CDX Compounds is not responsible, and the order is not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Compliance. Customers are responsible for knowing and following the import regulations of their country before placing an order.
