Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for consideration, an item must generally be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Properly stored and handled
- Reported to CDX Compounds promptly after delivery
Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For product quality, safety, and research integrity, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened or used research materials
- Products that have been improperly stored or handled
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products that have been altered, damaged, or contaminated after delivery

Return Process

Our team will review the request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
Do not ship products back before receiving return instructions from CDX Compounds.
Refunds
If a return is approved, the returned item will be reviewed after it is received.
Once the return has been inspected and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, CDX Compounds will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation request.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return terms will apply.
